Freshness/Storage

Brownies will last up to 7 days in an airtight container and can be frozen for up to 6 months.

We think these are best served at room temperature, but if you wish to make this a dessert, you can heat the brownies for 20 seconds in the microwave - just grab a spoon!
Delivery Information

Orders are dispatched within 1-3 business days via Royal Mail Tracked 24 (delivery takes 1-2 working days once dispatched).

If you'd like your brownies for a specific date, please add your request to the 'Special instructions' at checkout.

During peak periods such as Christmas, Easter, Valentine's Day, Mother's Day and Father's Day, delivery may take a little longer than expected.

Please note we are unable to provide refunds if your order arrives late due to Royal Mail delays.
Returns

All our brownies are made to order and so unfortunately we are unable to accept returns.

We also do not provide refunds for damaged items (all orders are packaged with enough padding with added fragile labels).We are happy to put in a claim with Royal Mail and update you on any outcome.
